Fiesta Bowl had been used to continue hosting the annual college bowl football game at University of Phoenix (UOPX) Stadium in Glendale, Arizona since 1971. This game normally would be scheduled on either January 1 or first week of January. PSU, ASU, Ohio State and Nebraska recorded 6 appearances each at end of the 2012 NCAA football season.
